We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to manage the operations of a busy, highly respected plastic surgery practice in Kew for three renowned Specialist Plastic Surgeons at Niche Plastic Surgery, leading a collaborative team of administrative staff and surgical nurses.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Practice Management – Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, workflow optimisation, and resource allocation.

Financial Management – Surgical billing and receipting using Eclipse and Medicare systems; managing accounts receivable/payable; reconciling payments; and preparing financial reports.

Clinical Administration – Managing theatre lists, liaising with hospitals, coordinating surgical bookings.

Team Leadership – Supervising and supporting administrative and nursing staff, rostering, performance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Patient Experience – Ensuring an efficient, compassionate, and professional experience for every patient from referral through post-operative care.

Policies and procedures – innovation of and review of policies and procedures, and supporting clinical risk management.

Reporting & Strategic Support – Assisting the directors with business planning, budgeting, and practice growth strategies.

Teamwork – fosters an environment of collaboration and open communication caring for patients and our team.

Essential Criteria

Prior experience as a Practice Manager in a specialist surgical setting.

Proficiency in Genie & Gentu/Xestro medical software.

Strong surgical billing experience with Eclipse, Medicare, TAC/WCA, DVA.

Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
