The Shell Club are seeking a motivated and experienced Gaming Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our dynamic gaming floor. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude. The role is casual to start, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time position based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the gaming floor and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Lead and support a team of gaming attendants and bar staff

Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure patron satisfaction

Uphold and enforce responsible gaming policies in accordance with Victorian regulations

Accurately complete end-of-shift reconciliations and reporting

Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant gaming environment

Liaise with management to communicate feedback and resolve operational issues

Respond to and resolve customer enquiries and incidents in a professional manner

Qualifications and Requirements:

Current Victorian Gaming Licence, RSG and RSA Certificates

Previous experience in a gaming role (supervisory level preferred)

Previous use of gaming systems

Knowledge of relevant legislation, harm minimisation, and compliance standards

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lead by example and foster a team-oriented culture

Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, nights, and public holidays

Ability to manage stressful situations and resolve conflicts calmly and efficiently
