The Flying Horse Bar & Brewery in Warrnambool is seeking Casual Front of House staff to complement their teams in various areas of the Hotel.

We are seeking:

Baristas - early morning availability is essential!

Bar staff;

Bistro Staff;

Gaming Staff

Functions staff

Duty Managers

The successful applicant/s will have experience working in a busy customer focused hotel and be available to work varied shifts including early mornings for the coffee making superstars, nights and weekends for most other roles.

We are happy to work within your availability so come in and have a chat to the Venue Manager.

The ideal person/s will possess these essential attributes:

Previous hospitality experience in Bars, Bistros, Gaming or Waiting preferred along with:

Ability to work well under pressure

Availability to work nights and weekends

Customer service as a number one priority

Current RSA / Gaming licence

Responsibilities and duties:

Preparation of beverage orders

Bistro service

Gaming duties (if applicable)

Ability to work as part of an enthusiastic team
