About the role

We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bistro & Gaming Staff at the Warrnambool RSL Sub Branch. This permanent part-time role will lead to a Supervisors position for the right applicant. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a vibrant hospitality environment, providing high-quality service to our valued patrons. The successful candidate will work in both our bistro and gaming areas, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

Delivering exceptional customer service in our bistro, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a clean and well-maintained dining area

Assisting customers in our gaming area, providing a friendly and attentive experience

Ensuring compliance with all relevant gaming and liquor regulations

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the venue

Assisting with other operational tasks as required

What we're looking for

Strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality

Experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or gaming environment with current RSG & RSA tickets

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Reliable, organised and able to work effectively as part of a team

Familiarity with gaming and liquor licensing regulations

Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays
