We are seeking an experienced and proactive Gaming & Hospitality Supervisor to lead operational aspects of the venue and focus on continuous improvement across our entertainment spaces. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, values team development, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer focus experience. Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily gaming and hospitality operations, including food handling and service delivery

Ensure full compliance with Victorian gaming regulations and internal policies

Deliver outstanding customer service, resolving patron inquiries and concerns promptly

Train, mentor, and support gaming staff to foster a high-performing team culture

Conduct routine audits to verify transaction accuracy and reporting integrity

Assist in coordinating promotions, events, and marketing initiatives

Implement strategies to enhance revenue, patron engagement, and operational efficiency

Qualifications & Certifications

Demonstrated experience in a gaming supervisory role

Sound knowledge of gaming compliance and regulatory frameworks

Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills

Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance

High attention to detail and problem-solving capability

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and rotating rosters

Required Certifications:

Current Victorian Gaming License

Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG)

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

GFR Pro Gaming System (preferred)

TAB Basics (preferred)

Key Attributes
