We have positions available for immediate start, day hours & night hours, Monday to Sunday, must have RSA and RSG.

Job Responsibilities

Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times

Investigating and resolving customer queries

Uphold our high standards of providing excellent hospitality

Ensure venue is a clean and welcoming space

Adhere to current VCGLR regulations and company policies

These positions require the availability to work a rotating roster of days, nights and weekends.

RSA qualifications are required. Gaming specific qualifications can be applied for whilst on the job or at a later date. Previous experience and qualifications will be held in high regard.
