As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Store Supervisor to join our team and help keep things running smoothly. In this role, you’ll play a key part in creating a well-organised, welcoming, and efficient store - and most importantly, you’ll enjoy being part of our team that cares about what we do!

Position Overview:

As a Store Supervisor, you’ll support the Store Manager and play a key role in leading the store team. You’ll help oversee daily operations, manage inventory, support customers, and ensure opening and closing procedures are carried out safely and smoothly. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who’s reliable, well-organised, and ready to make a positive difference.

Location: Fitzroy Store

Availability:

Candidates must be available to work Mondays through Wednesdays, as these days are essential for this role. Flexible availability—including weekends and public holidays—is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise store operations and lead the team on weekends or in the absence of the Store Manager, and ensure compliance with company policies

Manage stock control and inventory accuracy

Oversee product displays and merchandising to create an attractive and effective store layout

Coordinate communication with the office, warehouse, and other store branches

Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues

Assist in training new team members

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience supervising in retail or grocery settings is highly desirable

Strong organisational and communication skills

Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team

Proactive, with effective problem-solving skills

Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays

Ability to drive results and lead a team toward achieving business goals
