Doxa Community Club is a premier hospitality brand that operates at two stunning venues in Melbourne's CBD: Clocks at Flinders Street and Central Point. All our profits from our hospitality and gaming venues are donated to the Doxa Youth Foundation to assist with programs for disadvantaged children and young people.

We are looking for Food & Beverage and Gaming Attendant to join our friendly and professional team.

To be successful in this role you will have at least 6 months to 1 year experience in a similar environment and understand the importance of good customer service.

As an F&B and Gaming Attendant you will be responsible for hosting the gaming room and bar whilst providing a welcoming and memorable guest experience to our patrons.

This is for casual position, and we’re looking for someone with flexible availability, particularly for graveyard shifts.

What You’ll Do:

Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all customers/patrons in our food, beverage, and gaming areas.

Prepare and serve drinks and food in line with venue standards.

Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment for all patrons.

Ensure compliance with all Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) requirements.

Handle cash and operate gaming and POS systems accurately.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in hospitality, gaming, or a customer service role.

Flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends, public holidays, and especially graveyard shifts.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A team player who takes pride in their work.

Current RSA and RCG certificates (or willingness to obtain before commencing).

Current Victorian Gaming Licence
