You'll support our Senior Property Managers by:

Coordinating inspections, maintenance, and property viewings

Communicating with renters, owners, and trades

Preparing leases, condition reports, and compliance documentation

Managing listings and marketing materials

Delivering exceptional customer service and timely responses

This role is ideal for someone ready to take ownership of their work and grow within a collaborative environment.

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in residential property management

Strong communication and organisational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with PropertyMe or similar property management software

A proactive attitude and a commitment to quality service

Understanding of Victorian residential tenancy laws and compliance requirements

Qualifications

Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) or equivalent qualification

Current Victorian Driver's Licence

Full working rights in Australia

Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
