What you'll be doing

As the Associate Property Manager, you will be assisting the team in all aspects of property management to ensure a high service delivery and great experience for our clients.

In this support role, you will learn all facets of the business; including property management, accounts, marketing, leasing, new business and investor pre-purchase support.

This role is perfectly suited to someone who wants to learn all aspects before progressing to a management positon, or a property manager who would prefer to be in a team support role.

What we're looking for

A customer-focused approach and positive mindset towards servicing renters, investors, and trades

Strong communication skills (phone and email)

Strong boundary-setting and task management skills

Personal drive & motivation to excel in your role

Real Estate Agent's Representative Certificate

A valid drivers license

The package includes agreed salary + super and use of company vehicle for work-related purposes.

Nice to Have

Experience in Property Management /or similar role

Proficient in the use of property management software and technology including PropertyMe and Inspection Express (360 + ai)

Property investment experience, or strong personal interest in Property Investing or Wealth Creation
