About the Role

Coordinate and conduct Open for Inspections (Saturdays required)

Liaise with prospective tenants and deliver an exceptional service experience

Conduct follow-ups to maintain strong applicant engagement after inspections

Process rental applications efficiently and accurately

Screen tenants by reviewing applications, references, and background checks

Respond to and manage rental enquiries in a professional and timely manner

Carry out routine inspections and report any maintenance issues

Prepare detailed ingoing condition reports for new tenancies

Perform vacating inspections and report discrepancies

Assist Property Managers with application processing and tenancy paperwork

Support with leasing administration and CRM updates including Salesforce and property management systems (e.g., Property Me, IRE, and Inspection Express)

About You

Agents Representative Certificate (Essential)

Excellent time management and organisation skills

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

A quick learner with a proactive mindset and great attention to detail

Prior experience with Salesforce, PropertyMe, Inspection Express, or Inspect Real Estate is a plus

Must have a reliable and economical vehicle with a valid driver’s licence

Friendly, professional, and eager to grow in the real estate industry
