THE ROLE:

• Work alongside a Senior Property Manager – no portfolio management
• Complete ingoing condition reports and ensure properties are presented at their best
• Assist with day-to-day property management tasks to keep the portfolio running smoothly
• Liaise with applicants, tenants, and landlords, providing regular updates
• Monday to Friday plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (time in lieu provided)

ABOUT YOU:

• Agent’s Representative Certificate (essential)
• Current police check
• Valid driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a genuine passion for real estate
• Previous real estate experience is essential
• Confidence in using PropertyMe, Inspect Real Estate, Inspection Express
