About the Role
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will work closely with our experienced Property Management team to support the day-to-day operations of our residential rental portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting with routine inspections, ingoing/outgoing reports, and renter communication
Coordinating maintenance requests and following up on work orders
Assisting with the leasing of residential properties, including conducting open homes and processing applications
Providing exceptional service to both renters and rental providers
Learning the ropes of end-to-end property management with ongoing mentorship

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone eager to grow within the property management field who brings:
A current Agent’s Representative Certificate (essential)
A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
A positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced professionals
