We are a dynamic and innovative organization, and due to our growth we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Consultant.

Duties & responsibilities:

Part time role 3 days per week (Saturdays + 2 week days), with potential to move to full time in the future.

Schedule and supervise leasing inspections & managing rental enquiries

Schedule and complete periodic routine inspections on rental properties

Complete detailed ingoing condition report inspections in preparation for new tenancies.

Completing thorough vacating inspections and reporting discrepancies with the condition report to Property Managers.

Experience & attributes:

Victorian Agents Representative certificate

Current police clearance certificate

Exceptional organisational & time management skills

Keen customer service skills & relatable manner

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Ability to learn quickly & take ownership of the role

Resilience & efficiency under pressure

Some prior experience in real estate with experience in Property Me, Inspection Express & Inspect Real Estate applications is advantageous, though non-essential.

An economical & reliable vehicle will be essential for this role.

Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is advantageous but not essential.

Dynamic Residential are engaged in developing the next generation of Property Managers in Victoria. This is an entry level role and while real estate experience is advantageous, it is not essential as long as you have a passion to start a career in Property Management
