Established in 2014, CHP Management is a boutique property management company based in Hawthorn with a portfolio of retail, office and industrial assets located along the Eastern seaboard of Australia. We pride ourselves on exceptional service delivery with an outcome focused attitude, whereby the team are motivated to continually improve the assets for our clients and key stakeholders.

We are seeking a dynamic, and self-motivated individual with a proven track record of excellence. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will assist in the daily operations, tenant relations and financial performance of a portfolio.

About the Role:

• Assist the Property Manager in delivering the overall performance of the property management and facilities management operations of the portfolio.

• Administration of all leases to ensure compliance by the owner and the tenants and serve notices where required as first approved by the owner. including lease security management.

• Oversee the arrears management of the portfolio.

• Draft Investment budgets for the portfolio including reconciliations each year.

• Oversee the management of risks and compliance of the portfolio together with the property manager.

• Carry out routine property inspections.

• Ensure a working knowledge and uphold the Companies policies and procedures and to ensure they conform to owner’s objectives and investment strategies.

• Keep abreast of building services and real estate market activates, developments and trends to assess possible implications on tenancy, financial and physical aspects of client’s properties.

• At all times maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure immediate response to any emergency situation or urgent contact requirements.

To be successful in the role, you will need to be extremely organised, eager to jump into a fast paced and dynamic environment.

The role is suited to a facilities coordinator or residential property manager looking to take the next step in their career.

Salary remuneration will be in line with individual experience.

Agents representative license will be favourable however not a requirement.

Valid Australian drivers license is required along with a reliable & maintained vehicle.
