Property Management Assistant – MQ Realty Lidcombe

MQ Realty Lidcombe is expanding our property management portfolio and we’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Property Management Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the ropes of property management while working in a multicultural, supportive environment.

We welcome both newcomers to the industry and experienced professionals — with full training provided. The ability to speak Chinese or Korean will be highly regarded.

About the Role

You will assist our Property Management team in day-to-day operations, including:

Conducting routine inspections and property condition reports

Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and tenant communications

Supporting senior property managers with portfolio administration

Learning all aspects of property management through structured training

Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships

What We’re Looking For

Current NSW Certificate of Registration (or willing to obtain)

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

Proficient computer skills

A reliable vehicle and clean driving record (preferred)

Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a multicultural team environment

Languages: Mandarin, Cantonese, or Korean an advantage
