An exciting position now exists for a Lead Generation Team Leaders/2IC's to join our Record-Breaking team and take part in our next growth phase for 2025 and help push it to all new limits!

Reporting to and assisting your Department Managers/Lead Generation Manager, this role will see you commencing leading and mentoring a team of field & Office based reps and managing their day-to-day operations including.

Daily training and morning motivational meetings

Mentoring and management of staff throughout the day

Quality control and strict compliance with company processes

Liaise with other department Managers

Ensuring your team & department exceed KPI'S

Be a positive part of the team, with a professional positive outlook

Working 8.30am - 6.30/7pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am-1pm Saturdays
