We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Gardening and Maintenance Team Member to join our team located in Busselton. We are a dynamic company that has a passion for developing and operating land lease lifestyle communities. To be successful in this role you will be required to demonstrate the following:

Previous experience, skills and knowledge in grounds, garden and facilities maintenance (desirable)

Exceptional organisational skills

Friendly, respectful and clear communication with homeowners, team members and managers

A highly motivated self-starter who works effectively and collaboratively with other team members and management

Previous maintenance experience in a lifestyle village/caravan park/retirement village will be highly regarded

Reliable and punctual, ready to show up consistently for your fellow teammates

Ability to complete tasks effectively, efficiently and have the initiative to proactively identify maintenance needs

Report risks and hazards in the workplace to ensure a safe environment and culture

Essential Role Requirements:

Current driver's licence

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a National Police Check Clearance as a condition of employment

Desirable

Tertiary qualifications in Horticulture (Cert II or III), or Land Care equivalent, would be advantageous
