About Us:

Western Work Force Fleet Hire specialises in providing short and long-term vehicle hire to all industries across Western Australia. Our core fleet comprises of Toyota and Hino, covering 4x4 utes, buses, wagons, Landcruisers and trucks.

With a strong foundation of experienced team members, built for purpose rental systems, quality vehicles and loyal customers, we are now seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to join our business.

The role will be responsible for controlling incoming and outgoing hire vehicles, reviewing and inspecting vehicles on return, completing on-hire, off-hire and damage forms, and working with the cleaning team (including detailing when required). You will also support with deliveries, collections, following up supplier quotations, and ensuring the warehouse remains clean, organised, and safe always.

Key requirements:

• Permanent resident or Australian Citizen.
• Current Australian Drivers Licence.
• Experience working within a vehicle or equipment hire business preferred but not essential.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft office,
• Strong communication skills at all levels.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test.
