We are a rapidly growing solar & battery retailer in WA looking for driven sales professionals to join our team. With the state rebate driving huge demand, there has never been a better time to sell solar.

This is a full-time or commission-only sales role with warm leads provided daily – no cold calling required. If you’re ambitious and love closing deals, you’ll be rewarded with uncapped commissions and consistent support.

What you’ll be doing

Attending face-to-face appointments with homeowners across WA

Assessing and sizing up solar & battery systems tailored to each home

Presenting and explaining finance options, including the $10,000 interest-free state government loan

Helping customers access available state and federal rebates

Providing clear, professional advice and closing sales on-site

Working towards weekly and monthly sales targets

What we’re looking for:

Previous sales experience (solar or home improvement industry highly regarded)

Confidence in phone and online sales presentations

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient

Full-time availability and strong work ethic
