The Role

Think of this as admin with a PhD in opportunity. You’ll keep the wheels turning day-to-day, but at the same time you’ll be coached directly by a highly skilled operations manager, with an epic background that will rival any mentor business operations. That means you won’t just learn “how to process things neatly”; you’ll learn how businesses are actually scaled, how strategy and systems work together, and why the best operators never get stuck in firefighting mode.

You’ll be in the middle of it all: high-level strategy on one side, wealth creation strategies on the other, and a steady flow of admin tasks in between. If you like being the glue that holds chaos together while building serious business acumen, this is your playground.

Key Responsibilities

Keep daily operations moving smoothly (translation: you’ll be the one who actually makes sure things happen on time)

Manage diaries, reporting, and internal comms like a pro - without the passive-aggressive email chains

Help roll out new workflows, compliance & risk management processes, and automation tools (don’t worry, we’ll train you - robots aren’t taking your job, they’re just making it easier)

Assist with client optimisation, reporting, and “making things look like they didn’t come straight out of Excel 2003”

Learn how to spot where the real problems start (hint: it’s never where people think)

Work closely with the Ops Manager and MD on projects that actually matter, not endless “catch-ups that could’ve been an email”

About You

We’re not looking for a robot. We’re looking for someone who’s organised, proactive, hungry to learn business with a front row seat to finance and property - and a has a personality - someone who can keep things under control while learning how to build at scale.

You’ll nail this role if you:

Have experience in admin, coordination, or office support

Don’t crumble when there’s ten things flying at you (you know how to prioritise without a meltdown)

Want to learn how strategy, operations, and finance really work behind the curtain

Are curious about wealth, lending, and how money is actually made (not just budget spreadsheets)

Don’t wait for permission to fix something broken - you just sort it out

Know how to have a laugh while keeping things on track
