Bulleen Medical Centre is a busy community-based general practice dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare.

We are seeking an experienced, motivated & flexible team member to join our friendly team.

We are offering a Casual position of approximately 10 hours per week with additional hours as required, covering existing staff leave and the occasional Saturday morning shift.

Reception duties include:

Welcoming patients and managing front desk enquiries.

Booking appointments & managing telephone calls.

Processing accounts, Medicare claims, TAC & private billings.

Essential:

Previous experience in medical reception & customer service'

Flexibility to cover existing staff leave & occasional Saturday morning.

Knowledge of Pracsoft & Medical Director software.

Excellent communication skills.

Preferred but not Essential:

Preferably Italian Speaking.
