The Events Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the events and sales teams while offering excellent customer service to clients and guests. This role combines receptionist duties with event sales tasks, including assisting in the coordination of events, managing client inquiries, and supporting the team in executing smooth and successful events.
The role requires a combination of sales, customer service, and organisational skills to assist the overall team drive revenue growth and support the seamless delivery of event experiences.

Patron & Client Interaction
- Client Support & Appointment Scheduling
Administrative Support for Sales Team
- Lead Management
- Contract Preparation & Documentation
- Database Management
- Sales Reports
- Invoicing & Billing
Sales Team Assistance & Coordination
- Sales Support & Lead Nurturing
- Event Coordination
- Sales Administration
General Office Management & Communication
Essential Criteria includes:
Previous experience in event sales, hospitality, or related fields preferred.
Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage competing priorities and to work autonomously and as part of a team
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Commitment to a high standard of service and customer focus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software (CRM systems a plus).
RSA and RCG Competency Card, or willingness to obtain
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
