Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative based on the Sunshine Coast. This role is ideal for someone passionate about property and client service, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and provide exceptional support to clients and the business owner. Key Responsibilities:

1. Property Sourcing & Inspections:

Identify and research potential property opportunities for clients.

Conduct property inspections and surveys to assess suitability.

Compile detailed property packs, including reports, images, and relevant information for clients.

2. Client Management & Communication:

Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service.

Manage client briefs, ensuring all client requirements are understood and addressed.

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding property updates and opportunities.

3. Reporting & Administration:

Prepare property reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions and property data.

Coordinate internal documentation to support property research, inspections, and client follow-ups.

Support the business owner with administrative and operational tasks as required.

4. Growth & Development:

Work closely with the business owner to gain knowledge of the property sector.

Take on increased responsibilities with the goal of transitioning into a Junior Buyers Agent role.

Continuously develop skills in property sourcing, client management, and market research.

Skills & Requirements:

Based on the Sunshine Coast with the ability to travel locally for inspections and client meetings.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to research and identify property opportunities efficiently.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Comfortable handling multiple client briefs and coordinating inspections.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.

Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for property and interest in growing into a buyers agent role.

Desirable Attributes:

Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related field is advantageous.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
