An exciting opportunity has emerged for an experienced Customer Service Representative, to join our team on a part-time basis in our new office located in Cannon Hill.

This position will require you to be available across the Monday–Friday week, working between 20-25 hrs per week. You will be working as part of a team of 3 and we will be there to support and train you, keeping in mind that, once you have the knowledge, you will be working autonomously for some part of each day.

We are seeking a diligent, client-focused person to assist in building the brand and ensuring that our clients feel their experience with our company is far beyond their expectations, this can only happen if all members of the team are working together.

My Driving School has been operating since 2006 and boasts extensive experience in the transport industry as well as having built an honorable reputation.

The person we hope to engage should display all or most of the following attributes:

· Great customer service – strong administrative abilities

· Minimum 1-2 years customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based environment

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy

· Problem solving skills

· Ability to perform under pressure

· Attention to detail – what you do needs to be correct

· Experience with social media advertising

· Integrity, honesty and reliability

· Must have valid working rights in Australia

· A positive can-do attitude
