Position: Call Center & Customer Service – Telephone & Showroom (Sales Admin)
Location: Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast, Queensland
Job Type: Full Time (4 days a week, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
About Us
Queensland Timber Flooring is a dynamic, family-owned business specializing in high-quality timber flooring across the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. We are committed to excellence and innovation, and are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Admin to support our Sales team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment. If you have experience in administrative support and customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors with a warm and professional welcome.
Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Support the Sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Manage data entry, document preparation, and accurate record keeping.
Assist with telephone sales and customer follow-ups.
Grow and maintain the customer base.
Learn and develop toward a Sales Representative role.
Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and support office operations.
Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs.
Skills & Experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Professional and courteous phone manner.
Previous telephone sales experience (call center experience desirable but not essential).
Effective time management and task prioritization.
Computer literacy (Word, Excel, CRM systems, Outlook desirable but not essential).
Interest in the new home build/renovation industry and/or interior design.
Friendly and approachable demeanor.
