Who We’re Looking For

A Customer Service Pro – You’ve thrived in customer-facing roles and can handle a high volume of queries with ease.
Friendly & Polite – You genuinely enjoy helping others and bring a positive vibe to the team.
Tech-Savvy Problem Solver – Whether it’s guiding someone to the right product or resolving a tricky question, you’ve got it covered. There is a technical aspect to the product range which generally consists of guiding customers through basic instructional steps of programming remotes.

Available - We are looking predominately for a full time employee but also open to offer a casual position at full time hours

What You’ll Do

📞 Answer Inquiries – Respond to customer emails and phone calls with care and professionalism.
🛍️ Support Sales – Help customers find the products they need and process their orders over the phone.
🤝 Collaborate – Work alongside a fantastic front-desk team to deliver outstanding service.
