We’re building a world-class sales team, and we’re looking for a motivated Sales Administrator who’s ready to launch their career in sales.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you’ll play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring opportunities move smoothly through the pipeline. This is a foundational role – you’ll learn how professional sales operates by handling quotes, proposals, and day-to-day client requests.

You’ll be responsible for:

Preparing and sending quotes and proposals to prospective clients

Managing CRM data entry and ensuring all details are up to date

Supporting BDMs and Account Managers by coordinating follow-ups and client communication

Processing orders and assisting with internal approvals

Tracking sales activity and generating basic reports for leadership

Providing a professional and responsive first impression for new enquiries

Learning and applying sales processes, with a clear pathway to progress into more senior roles

What we’re looking for:

A proactive, organised mindset with a strong attention to detail

Great written and verbal communication skills - you’re comfortable talking to people

Eager to learn and motivated to build a career in sales

Tech-savvy and comfortable working in CRMs, email, and Microsoft Office

Team-oriented, reliable, and ready to roll up your sleeves

No prior sales experience required – training and mentorship provided
