The Company:

Dynamic Headwear (Grace Collection) is a promotional products supplier based in the Rivergate Marina, Murarrie.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, all-rounder to provide administrative support to our sales team.

Responsibilities of this role:

Dealing with our customers via email & over the phone

Processing of plain stock orders – create invoices using MS EXO

Data entry of client production orders

Develop strong relationships with our customer base for repeat enquires

Create & email quotes, pricing and image artwork to obtain new business

Answer incoming calls and assist with front reception duties

Working in a small team; ability to get along with others

General administrative duties including – filing, scanning, assisting others

About you:

A positive outlook and open approach to dealing with customers

Some experience in a similar role- dealing with business clients

Customer focused- be highly organised and can prioritise work duties

Strong time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A collaborative approach, with the ability to work autonomously

Training:

Full position and product training will be provided with on-going support.

Work Hours:

Full- Time hours: Monday to Friday 830am start- 5pm finish.

Office based role. Parking is available on premises.

About the company:

Grace Collection is a manufacturer, importer and wholesaler of headwear- caps, hats & beanies. Also we offer a large bag range including sports bags, backpacks and cooler bags. Our plain stock items are warehoused at our premises in Murarrie. Embroidery, printing and transfer decoration we offer onto our stock range.
