About the position

We are seeking a Sales Administrator to support our team in driving growth and providing a high level of communication to customers, manufacturers, staff and other associated parties. Reporting directly to the business owner, this is a fulltime position based at our office in Portsmith, Cairns.

You will be responsible for handling enquiries, order processing and follow up, and general support of the team.

Your main responsibilities

Providing support to our customers

Input, management and follow up of orders

Completing sales orders and return sales orders for customers

Handling complaints

Ensuring completion of all tasks in a timely manner

Maintaining an acceptable standard in housekeeping

Providing support during stocktakes on an 'as required' basis

Interpreting customer needs and providing support

Trade show support as required

Abilty to handle competing priorities

Strong written and oral communication skills
