The Role
As an Account Executive you’ll support our team of experienced brokers and play a key role in managing finance transactions from application through to settlement. This is a permanent full-time role (38 hours, Monday–Friday).
You will:
Assist brokers in managing client finance applications from start to finish.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and submit applications via financier portals.
Prepare finance documents and contracts and ensure compliance with lender requirements.
Liaise with clients, financiers, suppliers, and accountants to ensure a smooth process for all parties.
Learn the fundamentals of commercial finance, with opportunities to specialise as you grow.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and ready to grow into a long-term career. You will bring:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organisation, numeracy, and problem-solving skills.
Clear and confident communication skills.
The ability to multitask, work independently and within a team, and adapt tasks to suit different stakeholders’ needs.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Prior office experience desirable but not required (experience does not need to be finance related).
Career Progression
This role is designed to evolve. With training and the right performance, you could progress to become a Broker Support Officer, Commercial Finance Broker, or Credit Specialist.
Requirements
Permanent residency or Australian citizenship (i.e. Full-time work rights required).
Police Check to be completed before starting.
Salary $70k-$85k plus super based on experience
