You’ll be heading up a team that produces quality dishes for 300 Acres Bar & Grill as well as our award-winning wedding venue, Ambrose Estate.

As our Head Chef, you’ll bring a genuine love of cooking and a commitment to consistency, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional food experience. You’ll take pride in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness, while confidently delivering on our venue’s standards every time.

This is a fast-paced, rewarding role with the chance to grow your career across our multiple venues in Perth and Kalgoorlie.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support a team during busy, high-volume service.

Experience managing a kitchen team and writing creative, high-quality menus.

Your experience:

Previous experience in a similar senior kitchen role.
