Job Opportunity: Head Chef

Join our team as a Camp Catering Head Chef - Opportunities across multiple new sites starting FIFO out of Perth on a 2:1 roster.

We are seeking a skilled Head Chef with a passion for delivering exceptional food and maintaining high standards in a camp setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience in commercial cooking with a Certificate 3 or higher.

Proficient in HACCP principles, stock control, and conducting stocktakes & orders to maintain man day budgets.

Expertise in food preparation, staff management, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, residents, and clients.

Essential Requirements:

Proficient in electronic safe food control forms including temperature checks, cooling and heating logs, wastage reports, allergen forms, food samples, defrost logs, etc.

Possession of a valid WA driver's license and a current police check issued within the last 12 months.
