Full time Head Chef role in fast-paced fine dining, live jazz and blues venue in the heart of East Fremantle. Ability to create menus, direct junior staff and cater for functions up to 200 pax.
Duties will include:
- Menu design
- Ordering
- Protein butchery
- Food preparation
- Fast-paced section service
- Training and directing staff
- Food costings
Five services a week, approx 38 hours. Entree, main, dessert service for 80 to 120 pax per night. Suits someone ready to make a name for themselves to match the venue’s fine reputation.
