Executive Search International is seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead the kitchen team at a premier hotel in Southern Australia.

As the Executive Chef, you’ll bring creativity, leadership, and a commitment to excellence to an established property known for high-end dining and exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll oversee all culinary operations, which include their signature restaurant specialising in locally grown produce, something the hotel takes pride in. This strong focus on fresh, locally sourced produce shapes both day-to-day dining and event catering

Added to this is

Conference & Function Facilities, which include the Largest purpose-built conference venue in the region. Featuring 13 versatile event spaces accommodating from small meetings to large-scale events.

+ Seating for up to 1,200 delegates in tiered theatre style.

Our client does require Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef from a quality-focused hotel or resort environment

Plus strong leadership and communication skills

AND a genuine passion for healthy, locally sourced and grown produce.

All with a hands-on approach with attention to detail and consistency
