The Cellar is our energetic and inviting lower ground venue, a place where bold wines and an Italian-inspired menu are served with personality and pace. It’s dramatic, transportive, and brimming with energy. Handmade pasta casual Italian comfort executed with attention to detail and finesse.

The Lodge Little Collins, Fine Dining Level 1 Is the showstopper, a bright, refined dining room that celebrates the best of Victorian produce with elegance and occasional flair. The space is both grand and intimate, designed to stir the senses and celebrate the art of hospitality. The menu is a celebration of premium Australian produce. With a focus on exceptional quality, craftsmanship and technique.

Roles Available

We are hiring for two separate kitchen teams.

The Cellar Casual Italian comfort executed with attention to detail and finesse

The Lodge Little Collins Fine Dinning executed with finesse, exceptional quality & craftsmanship

Fine Dining experience required 2 - 3 hats or Michelin star experience preferred

Sous Chefs

Pastry Section- All levels

Sauce Section- All levels

'Garde Manger'- All levels

Garnish- All levels

Chefs of all levels

The Role

We are looking to hire an experienced Chef who can-

Execute a station with precision, consistency.

Work side by side with our senior kitchen staff follow direction.

Complete prep work and production processes with efficiency and accuracy.

Uphold the kitchens standards in food safety.

Promote & be a part of a fun work environment

To be successful in this role you will-

Have a high attention to detail and finesse and ability to uphold high standards.

Be organized and have good time management.

Have a positive attitude and be keen to learn as well as teach others.

Must have good communication skills and be able to communicate clearly with both kitchen and front of house.
