Current vacancies we need to fill are:

Executive Chef-Salary $140k AUD (20% tax in Fiji)

Chef de Cuisine-Salary $120k AUD (20% tax in Fiji)

Head Pastry Chef-Salary $110k AUD (20% tax in Fiji)

Candidates will need the following,

5-10 years of experience

Michelin/Hatted or Island experience

Working with children cert

Police check

Full clean bill of health – following medicals

Preferably single as venue/accom not suitable for families

Working in a remote island

6 weeks on / 1 week off – 6 days a week

Monthly wage

all meals, uniform, and accommodation is included. We also offer free transfers via seaplane, helicopter, or barge to and from the island, as well as 1 international flight home a year. As we are in Fiji, superannuation isn’t a part of the package, so candidate will need to top up at their own expense.

The Kitchen has a team of 50 staff working over 3 Restaurants
