About the Role:

This is a dual Internal Sales and warehouse management role based at our Brendale warehouse, you will be a key contact for customers throughout Queensland. You will be responsible for:

Answer incoming phone calls

Provide quotes to customers

Liaise with the sales & dispatch teams

Provide internal sales support for external sales team

Enter sales orders accurately into the system

Customer order track and trace

Provide customers with stock availability

General sales queries

Provide product information and technical support to customers

Provide dispatch support and liaise with the dispatch team as required

Oversee branch stock management

Other duties as required

What we are looking for:

Great written and verbal communication skills

Organised and good attention to details

Multitasking and prioritising workload

Experience in customer service/sales preferred
