Nqpetro Pty Ltd is looking for a motivated and highly organised Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who’s ready to take the next step from project administration or site coordination into a hands-on project delivery role.

You’ll work closely with our experienced Project Managers to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects for our valued clients — gaining the skills, experience, and confidence to become a fully-fledged Project Manager over time.

Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 + super (commensurate with skills and experience)

What you’ll be doing

Supporting senior Project Managers across all stages of project delivery

Assisting with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation

Coordinating suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects on track

Tracking progress and preparing updates for stakeholders

Organising transport logistics, permits, and site documentation

Taking ownership of smaller projects from start to finish (with guidance)

Learning to identify risks and support safety and compliance processes

We’re looking for someone who:

Has 1–3 years’ experience in a project administration, coordination, or site-based support role (construction, engineering, or similar industries ideal)

Is well organised, proactive, and enjoys problem-solving

Communicates clearly and professionally with clients, suppliers, and colleagues

Is confident using Microsoft Office and digital tools

Has a current driver’s licence

Bonus points if you have experience in construction, fuel, or industrial projects — but it’s not essential
