PROJECT MANAGER

An exciting opportunity for a commercially astute Project Manager interested in joining a nationally recognised, award-winning commercial construction company in Perth. Our client has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across government, education, and private sectors.

We are seeking someone with experience delivering commercial building projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction to completion, with project values up to $50 million.

Key Responsibilities

As Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, including:

• Project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and document management.
• Subcontractor procurement and contract administration.
• Monitoring budgets and providing detailed financial reports.
• Developing and maintaining construction programs using Microsoft Project.
• Reviewing and negotiating subcontractor and supplier claims.
• Coordinating with clients, consultants, architects, and internal teams.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Contributing to buildability reviews, compliance solutions, and value management.

What You Bring

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A degree in Construction Management or Project Management
• Experience as a Project Manager with a Tier 2 or Tier 3 commercial builder, delivering commerical projects up to $50M in value.
• Prior experience as a Contracts Administrator within the commercial sector.
• Strong skills in cost management, contract administration, and reporting.
• Subcontractor procurement and scope packaging expertise.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Local WA-based experience is highly desirable
• Full working rights in Australia (essential)
