How will you contribute?
This newly created role, based in Melbourne and servicing all of Victoria, offers the opportunity to make your mark by accelerating growth and expanding into new territories. As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new accounts, establishing a reseller channel, and building long-term partnerships that strengthen the company’s presence and reputation in the market.

What do you need?
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, open-minded, collaborative, and driven by a can-do spirit.
Must have:
- 3–5 years’ sales, business development, or account management experience
- Proven success in winning new business and growing accounts
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
- Resilient, adaptable, and self-motivated with a solution-focused mindset
- Collaborative team player with professional presence
Desired:
- Experience tendering to government, utilities, or corporates
- Background in Telematics/SAAS Services
- Experience in Automotive and associated financial services
