We’re looking for a motivated Sales Support Coordinator to support our sales team at Thyme Palm Cove, a brand new lifestyle resort in the Serenitas portfolio. This full-time role is perfect for someone looking to build a career in residential property sales, especially in the growing land lease community sector.
Working closely with the Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in engaging prospective homeowners, coordinating appointments, maintaining our CRM, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role offers on-the-job training and exposure to a future Sales Consultant career path if desired.
This is a great opportunity to join our fantastic supportive team during this exciting period of growth. You will be assisting in selling off the plan homes and completed homes.

Key Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for visitors and enquiries when the Sales Consultant is unavailable
Provide administrative and CRM support, including scheduling, data entry and follow up calls
Assist with documentation, contracts, and settlements under guidance
Maintain sales centre presentation and support marketing initiatives
Support prospective homeowners through their decision-making journey
Provide insights to help the business improve customer experience and performance
Occasionally relieve the Sales Consultant or attend weekend sales events (approx. once/month)
What You Bring
2+ years' experience in customer service or sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
Comfort with CRM systems is a plus
A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
Willingness to grow and develop
Driver’s licence (essential)
Desirable
Background or understanding of residential or retirement living sales processes
Certificate of Registration (Sales) – preferred but not required
