Your Role

As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for processing loan applications and delivering exceptional customer service. Your tasks will include:

Collecting and verifying documentation

Engaging with customers to understand their needs

Assessing application suitability

Creating loan contracts

Guiding customers through the application process

Handling customer inquiries

What We’re Looking For

No prior finance experience is necessary—our team members come from diverse backgrounds, and we provide on-the-job training in a supportive and friendly environment.

We’re seeking someone with:

A positive, confident, and friendly demeanour

Experience in customer service or a similar role

A track record of meeting KPIs and targets

Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook

Strong decision-making and multitasking abilities

A mature, resilient nature

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Accurate data entry capabilities
