Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in preparing loan applications including collection and organisation of supporting documentation and fact-checking of information

Liaise with clients, brokers, lenders and third parties such as solicitors and builders to collect all necessary information and support a smooth processing experience

Collect, verify and manage client documents

Oversee applications through to approval and settlement, ensuring timely updates and resolution of issues.

Manage the construction process on behalf of clients

Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements

Update and manage CRM to track progress and support operational efficiencies

Provide administrative support to the team as required

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in mortgage broking support, loan processing, or finance administration is highly desirable but not required

Quick to learn and adapt

Detail orientated with strong organisational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication skills

Exceptional customer service with a focus on building long term client relationships

Initiative and accountability; ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team

Proficient in CRM systems
