What Will You Be Doing?

Processing customer order requirements or PFD product specifications

Basic filleting and portioning on a variety of bony fish

Ensuring fish is adequately iced and labelled with correct storing process

Clean, maintain and replenish Cool Room/Chiller and Freezer (eg: stacking shelves)

Operation of labelling, sealing, cleaning and/or vacuuming machines.

Comply with all legislative requirements and QA procedures

What You Need to Succeed:

Ability to process a different variety of fish species

Scaling, cleaning and packing/labelling experience

Knowledge of Fish/Seafood products

Ability to do quick and accurate work with hands

Exceptional attention to detail

Operation of manual pallet jacks or use of forklift

Understanding of company OH&S and HACCP food safety program and the "cold chain" process in particular
