About the Role
This is a process-driven role focused on reviewing online loan applications against policy and compliance requirements - no sales or customer relationship management involved.

You’ll:

Assess creditworthiness of applications through evaluating against policy and compliance requirements within specified timeframes.

Making reasonable and informed decisions to hold fees or waive payments through validation and assessment of individual situations.

Verify supporting documentation and make responsible lending decisions

Record accurate notes and maintain compliance with lending laws

Handle customer inquiries, including complaints via email and phone.

About You
We’re looking for someone who:

Has strong attention to detail and thrives in structured, process-driven work

Enjoys problem-solving and making clear, fair decisions

Is process driven with high attention to detail and self-motivated.

Has a willingness to work reasonable overtime and weekends as required.

Is computer savvy and comfortable working with data

Brings a positive, professional attitude and team spirit

Previous loan assessing or banking experience is not required - we’ll provide training. This role is best suited to those with demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service in a professional environment.
