About the Role

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Credit Analyst to join our high performing mortgage & finance broking business.

In this role, you will ensure loan applications are accurate, complete, and submitted promptly. You will be the backbone of the loan process, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers from application to funding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Broker in preparing and submitting loan applications.
• Ensure all loan applications meet lender and compliance guidelines.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with lenders.
• Collate and manage all necessary documentation for loan applications.
• Update and maintain customer files and tracking systems.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve targets.

About you:

• Experience as a Mortgage broker or Credit analyst with an Australian lender or Brokerage Firm
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in computer skills and database management.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
