About the Role:

As our new Loan Packager, you’ll be the engine room of the business, responsible for managing loan applications from lodgement through to settlement. This role is hands-on, client-facing, and perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive team environment.

Your day will include:

Independently managing loan files end-to-end.

Preparing compliant applications and liaising with clients, lenders, and third parties.

Staying up to date with credit policy, compliance requirements, and industry trends.

Supporting process improvements and contributing to business growth.

About You:

5+ years in banking, broking, or loan processing.

Confident managing a busy pipeline and meeting deadlines.

Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.

Comfortable in a small team environment and able to work independently.

Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred).
