The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-focused Loan Processor / Junior Broker Support to join our team. This is a hybrid position that blends loan processing, client service management, and some credit exposure. You’ll be the right hand to the broker, supporting the end-to-end loan process.

Key Responsibilities

Support the preparation, lodgement, and tracking of residential and mixed loan applications.

Assist with documentation, compliance, and file management.

Liaise with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth loan process.

Work closely with Hamish to help deliver great client outcomes.

Contribute to team KPIs by supporting loan writing and settlements.
