We're seeking a reliable and experienced Store person with previous Team Leader experience to join a busy warehouse in Port Melbourne.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work alongside the team while helping drive daily operations and maintain an efficient, well-organised environment.

About the role:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse tasks including receiving, dispatch, and inventory control
• Operate forklifts (LF licence required)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
• Support and guide team members to ensure smooth workflow
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems (SAP experience preferred)

Shift details:

• Rotating roster: 2 weeks day shift (6:30am-2:30pm), 2 weeks afternoon shift (2:30pm-10:30pm)
• Overtime available

To be successful, you will have:

• Proven experience as a Team Leader in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
• LF forklift licence and solid forklift experience
• Strong inventory and computer skills
• Ability to lead by example and communicate well with the team
• A proactive, safety-first mindset
